Design Digital Marketing Strategy Work
29th November 2018
Over the last 18 months, we have been working closely with the team at Dribble to deliver an app that helps parents find places and things to do locally by providing in-depth information, as well as trusted reviews on hundreds of child friendly places to visit in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.
Following a soft launch of the app in the Summer of this year, the app officially goes live at the end of November. Just in time for festive family fun!
Working collaboratively with Gill Mudie and the Dribble team from inception of the idea of the app through planning and user design phases, to UX design and development, we have invested hundreds of well-spent hours into the product launch and are confident it goes far beyond our expectations that we initially set-out to achieve!
Supported by both iOS and Android, the app is built using the ionic framework supported by Drupal 8, the underlying CMS. We’ve been able to build in a considerable number of features that can be self-managed by the in-house team at Dribble, making for a cost effective and efficient management by the client on an on-going basis.
With a roadmap for future development and new innovative ideas added regularly from focus groups and a wide network of 500 testers, the future for the app is incredibly exciting!
Gill Mudie, Founder of Dribble said:
“We’ve been extremely satisfied with our relationship with Teviot throughout this project; it has felt like a real team effort, with Teviot being truly invested in making this a success with us and bringing new ideas and solutions to the table.”
Ed Vickers, Managing Partner at Teviot notes:
“The dribble app has been a labour of love for the team over the last year or so. Taking on a project as large as this is always slightly daunting, but with the support of the brilliant team at Dribble, who have worked side by side with us through the entire journey, it’s been an extremely rewarding project for us to be a part of. We’re extremely excited to see how the app continues to develop in the future.”
